DROP YOUR RACKET TO US

Give us a call or WhatsApp to arrange a suitable day and time for you to drop your racket off. We can discuss any specialist requirements before leaving your racket with us. Free parking is also available at our premises.

COLLECT YOUR RACKET

Your racket will be available to collect, typically 24-hours after you have dropped it off. Same day and while you wait services are available on request. Your racket will be professionally restrung with your desired string and tension.

How does the postal racket stringing service work?

To use our postal service, simply place your order online, send your racket securely packaged to our address, and once it’s restrung, we’ll post it back to you. We provide updates at each step to ensure you know when your racket is on its way.

How long does the process take?

Typically, the entire process takes 1-3 working days from when we receive your racket. This includes restringing and return shipping. However, delivery times may vary slightly depending on postal services.

Do you provide the strings, or can I send my own?

We offer a range of top-quality strings for you to choose from, but if you have a specific string you prefer, you’re welcome to send it with your racket, and we’ll string it to your specifications. Simply message us and we can make arrangements for this service. The cost of restringing your racket with provided strings is £18 plus postage.

What string tension should I choose?

String tension depends on your playing style. Lower tensions (20-23 lbs) provide more forgiveness, while higher tensions (24-28 lbs) offer more power potential for experienced players. If you’re unsure, we can advise on the best tension based on your level and preferences.

How should I package my racket for sending?

We recommend wrapping your racket securely with bubble wrap and using a strong box to prevent damage during transit. We will always return your racket packaged as securely as possible for you.

Is return postage included in the service?

There are two shipping options to choose from during the checkout process. The options are for return postage only, or for send and return postage. We’ll ship your racket back to you safely via a reliable postal service, with tracking provided for peace of mind.

What happens if my racket is damaged in transit?

While damage is rare, we advise packaging your racket as securely as possible. If we notice any damage upon receipt, we’ll contact you immediately to discuss next steps before restringing. The default shipping costs include £20 insurance in case of incidences. If you would like to purchase enhanced insurance we can arrange this for an additional fee.

Can I track my racket throughout the process?

Yes, once your racket is restrung and dispatched back to you, we provide a tracking number so you can monitor its journey back to your doorstep. We will keep you informed every step of the way!
