Is there parking available?
Yes. You're welcome to pull up onto the driveway where there are ample parking facilities.
Can I visit without an appointment?
Always make sure to call or message ahead to ensure that someone is available to receive your racket in person and discuss your restring requirements.
Which location should I drop my racket to?
The Waltham Abbey location is our primary location and our preference to drop your racket to. The Loughton address is a secondary drop location by appointment only.
How long does a restring take?
Typically, you can expect your racket to be ready for collection 24-48 hours after drop off. This may vary depending on our backlog during busier times of the year.
Do you offer same day restringing?
This is available on request and by appointment only. Same day or while-you-wait services might be declined depending on our capacity.
Can I talk to someone about choosing the right string?
Definitely. You can call, email or use our string finder quiz if you’re unsure. We can help you decide on a string and tension that will be well suited to your game.
How does payment work?
When your racket is ready to collect you will be notified of this via WhatsApp or SMS. This will include a secure payment link or the account details to transfer directly. Please ensure to make payment prior to collection.
Do you offer customisations such as grips and stencils?
Of course. Just let us know of any customisations required when dropping off your frame and leave the rest to us.
