1. Introduction

At Sam's Strings, we aim to provide a seamless and efficient shipping experience for our customers. We partner with Evri to ensure that your rackets are handled with care and delivered promptly.

2. Shipping Options

  • Next Day Delivery: We primarily use Evri's next day delivery service to ensure that your racket reaches you as quickly as possible. Orders received before 12 PM (Monday to Friday) will be shipped the same day and are expected to arrive the next business day.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Standard Rate: Our flat rate for next day delivery with Evri is £6.99 per shipment.
  • Return Shipping: The fee listed above is for the return shipping price for you to send your racket to us and then for us to return it

4. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receiving your racket. If there are any delays, we will notify you via email.

5. Delivery Time

  • With Evri's next day service, orders placed before 12 PM will be delivered the following business day. Orders placed after 12 PM will be processed the next business day and delivered the day after.

6. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or message with a tracking number. You can track your order on Evri's website to stay updated on its delivery status.

7. Delivery Address

  • Please ensure that your delivery address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

8. Shipping Restrictions

  • Currently, we only ship within the UK. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
  • Evri does not deliver to PO Boxes.

9. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • In the rare event that your shipment is lost or damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with Evri to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your racket as soon as possible. We take no personal responsibility for any rackets which are lost by the courier.
