Tennis Racket Stringing Service FAQ's

How does the postal tennis racket stringing service work?

Our postal stringing service is simple. You place an order online, ship your racket to us, and we’ll string it according to your specifications. Once complete, we’ll return it to you by post, fully strung and ready to use.

What’s the turnaround time for postal stringing?

Once we receive your racket, we typically complete the stringing within 24–48 hours and post it back. Delivery times may vary, but most customers receive their rackets within 1–3 working days after we receive them.

How do I send my racket to you?

After placing an order, you’ll receive shipping instructions. The most important thing is to ensure that your racket(s) is packaged appropriately to offer maximum protection.

Can I choose my own string and tension?

Yes! You can select your preferred string type and tension when placing your order. If you’re unsure, please message us and we can assist it ensuring a suitable string and tension is selected that aligns with your level and playing style.

Do you offer custom string options?

Absolutely. We stock a range of strings from leading brands, including polyester, multifilament and synthetic gut options. If you need a specific string that isn’t listed, contact us, and we’ll do our best to source it for you or suggest a similar alternative.

What if my racket is damaged in transit?

We take great care with packaging to ensure your racket’s safe return. However, we can't guarantee that your racket is returned safely as this is somewhat out of our control. Our standard delivery option provides £20 insurance but if you do want to upgrade this please message us and we can arrange enhanced insurance for an additional fee that will be charged separately.

Can I get multiple rackets strung in one order?

Yes, we can string multiple rackets as part of one order. Just add the products and quantities to your basket to ensure that all racket restrings have been paid for prior to you sending the rackets. We may just need to increase the shipping fee to allow for the extra weight.

What happens if I’m unsure about the right string or tension?

No problem! Our experienced team can guide you in selecting the right string and tension based on your level, style, and any specific requirements you may have. Just contact us before or after placing your order and we can discuss this in more detail.

How much does the postal service cost?

Pricing includes the string, labour, and postage options. Shipping to us is usually an additional cost depending on your chosen delivery method. All details are outlined at checkout.

Can I track my racket once it’s been posted back to me?

Yes, we’ll send you tracking details once your racket is on its way back to you, so you can monitor its delivery and know exactly when to expect it. We will keep you updated along every step of the process for peace of mind.
