Postal Racket Stringing Service FAQ's

How does the postal racket stringing service work?

You simply send your racket to us using a secure and trackable postal service. We’ll string your racket according to your specifications and return it to you via tracked delivery.

How long does the stringing process take?

The typical turnaround time is 2-3 business days from when we receive your racket. This may vary during peak periods or depending on the specifics of your stringing requirements.

What types of strings do you offer?

We offer a wide range of strings including synthetic gut, multifilament, polyester, and hybrid set-ups from top brands like Babolat, Wilson, and Solinco. You can choose your preferred tension when placing your order.

How do I package my racket for sending?

Ensure your racket is well-protected by using bubble wrap or similar padding and place it in a sturdy box. We will then return your racket in the same packaging if it's appropriate and in good condition.

How much does the service cost?

The cost depends on the type of string chosen and the specific stringing service required. Detailed pricing can be found on our website or by contacting our customer service team.

What if my racket gets damaged during shipping?

We recommend using a postal service that offers insurance. While we take great care in handling your racket, any damage that occurs during shipping to us would need to be claimed through the postal service used.

How do I specify my string tension and preferences?

When placing your order online, you will have the option to chose from a wide selection of string options, tension, and any other specific requirements such as stencils and accessories.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your racket is on its way back to you, we will provide a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery status.

Do you offer express stringing services?

Yes, we offer an express service as standard. This ensures your racket is strung and returned to you as quickly as possible.

Can I provide my own strings?

Yes, you can provide your own strings. Simply include them in the package with your racket and specify this in your order details.

Are there any discounts for bulk orders?

We don't typically discount for bulk orders. The reason for this is that every racket is treated with the same meticulous attention to detail. However, discounts are available for certain products.

What if I'm not satisfied with the stringing service?

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not happy with the stringing job, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your racket, and we will work with you to resolve any issues.

What types of racket can you string?

We string tennis, badminton, squash and racquetball rackets. The only time we will refuse a restring is if the racket is in too poor a state to complete the restring due to significant cracks in the frame. Please make sure to inspect your racket prior to sending it to us.

How do I pay for the stringing service?

We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Payment details will be provided during the order process.
