    Choose send & return postage at checkout and we'll provide a label or QR code and arrange collection for you - or use return-only postage and send it your way. Either way, package your racket securely with bubble wrap around the frame and strings in a sturdy box.

  • 3. Leave The Rest To Us

    As soon as we receive your racket(s) we will begin work installing your desired string and tension, plus any extras. We will then return your racket(s) securely. Tracking will be available and if you have any questions we're here to help.

It couldn't be easier. Select send & return postage (£6.99) at checkout and we'll send you a printable label or a QR code to scan at your local parcel shop — no printer required. We'll confirm the details with you by WhatsApp and arrange everything via Evri, Yodel or Parcelforce. Prefer to arrange your own outbound postage? Choose return only (£3.99) and we'll get your restrung racket back to you tracked.

How long does the postal restringing process take?

We typically complete the restring within 24–48 hours of receiving your racket. Return delivery takes 1–3 working days depending on the service you select at checkout. In total, most customers receive their restrung racket within 3–5 working days of posting it to us.

How do I send my racket for restringing?

Simply package your racket securely in a box or padded envelope, include your order confirmation or a note with your details, and send it to the address provided in your order confirmation email. Shipping options can be selected during the checkout process.

Special arrangements can be made if you need your racket restrung urgently. Drop us a message and we can work with you to arrange the best courier for you. Additional shipping fees are likely in this scenario.

Do you offer any racket customisations as part of a postal order?

Yes. Certain extras can be added to your order, including replacement grips, over-grips and racket stencils. If you require anything further such as replacement grommets, lead tape etc. please let us know in advance. Additional fees will be applied.

Wrap the frame in bubble wrap, add padding around the head and handle, and use a sturdy outer box. Avoid thin plastic mailing bags, as these don’t protect the frame during transit.

No — fresh strings only begin to settle once the racket is restrung. The postal journey puts minimal stress on a newly restrung racket.
