Where are your workshops located?

Our main workshop is in the heart of Waltham Abbey on Townmead Road (EN9 1RP). We also offer a convenient appointment-only drop-off in Loughton at Stonards Hill (IG10 3EG). For Waltham Abbey customers waiting for a restring, the town centre is two minutes away with coffee shops and amenities nearby.

What are your opening hours?

We're open Monday to Sunday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM. Drop-offs and collections are welcome throughout this time at our Waltham Abbey workshop. Loughton drop-offs are by appointment only - just WhatsApp us to arrange.

Do you serve players from outside Waltham Abbey and Loughton?

Absolutely. We regularly restring rackets for players from Epping, Chingford, Enfield, Cheshunt, Harlow, Buckhurst Hill, Chigwell, Theydon Bois, Debden, Waltham Cross, Hoddesdon and across the wider Essex, North London and Hertfordshire area. How long does a restring take?

Most rackets are ready to collect within 24 hours. Same-day and while-you-wait services are also available on request - just get in touch in advance to confirm availability. We're also happy to hold your racket until you're ready to collect.

Is there free parking?

Yes, free on-site parking is available at our Waltham Abbey premises. Please park on site rather than on the street, as residential permits are needed for kerbside parking in the area.

Can I drop off in Loughton instead of Waltham Abbey?

Yes, our Loughton drop-off at Stonards Hill (IG10 3EG) is available by appointment. Send us a WhatsApp to book a time that works for you.

Can I provide my own strings?

Yes, you're welcome to bring your own strings - please make sure there's enough for the full racket(s). The labour charge is £20 per racket for tennis, badminton or squash frames.

Do you offer any racket customisations?

Yes. We offer replacement grips, over-grips, racket stencils, grip enlargement and lead-weight tuning. Some of these can be added directly via the website; for anything more involved, we can discuss when you drop your racket off.

What tennis strings can I choose from?

We stock a comprehensive selection from leading brands including Babolat, Yonex, Solinco, Kirschbaum, Tecnifibre and Nordicdots. Choose from polyester, multifilament and synthetic gut options.

What badminton strings can I choose from?
